how we do it - Front of house image

Front of House

Of course like any other business, within a day we only have a narrow band of time when we are both manufacturing and despatching product. This is also when our retail partners or those with general enquires can contact us directly. If they do call, the familiar voices they will be greeted by will most likely be either Becky, our Sales and Despatch Coordinator, or Christine in Accounts.

However, because we are not a retail premises as such most business contact can be achieved through email and we make sure that advanced information regarding new launches is constantly being sent to shops and stockists though old fashioned and physical mailshots keeping everybody up to date.

It is still very much Matt’s intention to continue utilising his Edge Sculpture Facebook page as the place to post new developments and pieces first, wishing to maintain a situation where both the shops and enthusiasts alike get the chance to see and comment on a post at the same time.

Summary

If you have made it all the way through hopefully we have given you an insight into how our business works, but also most importantly it demonstrates just how much of the processes that we achieve in house. We very much view Edge Sculpture to that of a ship with a multi-talented crew that can cover many roles in order for us to keep sailing forward in a steady forward direction and most importantly, remaining afloat.
