Casting

Through continual experimentation and precise science, we combine carefully calculated quantities of both finely ground dolomite stone and cement colourant together before blending them with a superior quality resin, which we use as a binding agent.

After a catalyst has been added, this uniquely special mixture is then patiently poured into a prepared case and mould before being placed into a vacuum chamber to achieve a bleeding process which removes any unwanted air bubbles.
